New Content - Grounds of Inadmissibility

In order to gain entry into the U.S., a foreign national must meet all applicable statutory requirements and must demonstrate that s/he is not inadmissible under INA § 212(a).  There are numerous grounds of inadmissibility.  The most commonly applied grounds of inadmissibility are set forth on this website at the new page: Grounds of Inadmissibility.
