Request Consultation
Request Consultation with Sarah E. Murphy, Esq.
Consultation Services Provided:
The consultation process includes two (2) services. The first service involves attorney review of your immigration history, criminal history (if applicable), and short-term / long-term goals and objectives. The second service involves a conversation with you to discuss your case in further detail and provide you with a legal analysis and describe any available options.
Teleconference / In-person Consultation:
Potential clients have the option to schedule a consultation in-office or via teleconference. Because U.S. Immigration Law is a federal practice, we can assist clients across the country and around the world. Most cases can be handled via telephone and email communications, if preferred.
Consultation Fees:
The standard* consultation fee is $300 USD. Consultation fees must be paid in advance of the consultation. There is no time limit for the consultation. There are no additional charges for related, follow-up questions after the consultation. If you decide to retain the firm after the consultation, the consultation fee may be credited toward your legal bill.
*If you have been denied entry or refused admission to the U.S., or if your case involves extensive research, the consultation fee is $500 USD. Such matters are more complex and require significantly more time to develop a strategy to resolve your case.
Additional fees will apply to prepare any immigration documents, to contact immigration officials, and to accompany clients to the border. A fee quote for these services is provided after the consultation process.
